My name is Jiantao Shi. I am a Principal Investigator (PI) at Institute of Health and Medical Technology, Hefei Institutes of Physical Science (IHMT), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). My current research focuses on the systematic characterization of DNA methylation landscape dynamics during cancer initiation, progress, drug response and resistance. In addition, my team is interested in developing novel computational methods for non-invasive early cancer detection.
