Using mHapTools, we are in the processing of building a comprehensive DNA methylation haplotype database, which will include all Bisulfite sequencing data that is publicly available. The database is free to academic users at http://mhap.sciplus.cloud.
At this stage, the mHap database includes 3731 publicly available human RRBS samples. Most of these samples were downloaded from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO), including 917 cancer cell lines from the Cancer Cell Line En-cyclopedia (CCLE). This database is freely accessible for academic users at http://mhap.sciplus.cloud/RRBS.
In the next few months, we will be working on Human WGBS samples. So stay tuned.
